Delivery Information

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands) & Europe. Once your order is cleared by PayPal, which usually takes 24 hours for your Payment to clear. PayPal requires that all orders be delivered within 7 working days.

How much will delivery cost?

Standard Delivery Order: Delivered within 5-7 working days from dispatch:

Orders > £100 FREE**
Orders < £100 – Cost £5.50 Express Delivery Order: Delivered the next working day. To qualify for express delivery, orders need to be placed before 1pm Cost £8.50 Please note: Express delivery is not available to Remote Locations (see table below) Remote Locations/Postcodes: Standard Delivery Order delivered within 5 working days from dispatch. Orders > £100 FREE**

Please note the following:
Express Orders placed by 1pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be dispatched the same working day.
All orders placed after 1pm we will endeavour to dispatch within 2 working days.
Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays).

If you are not in when the carrier attempts delivery, they will leave a card for you telling you how you may collect your order.
You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.
Tracking your order:

You will be able to track your order by visiting Your Account, signing in and clicking on Order History. We will also send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed and when the order has been despatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges

Send the product you want to exchange in saleable or perfect condition along with a copy of the invoice to 58 Tower House, 81 Fieldgate Street, London, Tower Hamlets, E1 1GU, United Kingdom.

Please read carefully the Exchange Policies listed below.

  • 14 Day Period: Our guarantee begins 14 days from the date you received the order. There will be no exchanges after 14 days. Inspect all your products upon arrival.
  • Nutrition and Cosmetics Products for health and safety reasons there are no exchanges or returns made for nutritional and cosmetics products.
  • Perfect Condition: If you are dissatisfied with your garment, send the product in original packaging, with the original tag in place, unlaundered, clean and folded. Only salable or garments in perfect condition may be exchanged.
  • Exchanges in Power Packs can only be returned in their full complete packaging. Incomplete Power Packs cannot be returned or exchanged. The garments included may be exchanged for the same item in different color or size.
  • Factory Defect: In the event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, this will be replaced immediately by another of the same color and size. The default warranty applies for a problem of origin, not by improper use of the product. Only salable or garments in perfect condition may be exchanged.
  • Include in the Shipment: Please include a copy of the invoice in the package with the products you want to exchange.
  • Charge for Exchange: If you want to exchange a garment for another size or color there will be a £22.00 charge. Payment must be made by direct debit. Include payment within the returned package.
  • Response Time: In the event that we cannot make the exchange within 10 days after we receive your package; we will automatically apply a 100% screen credit on the retail value of the product (i.e. no shipping charges and handling).
  • Discontinued and Promotional Products: No exchanges will be allowed for promotional or discontinued items or special sizes.
  • Garments are Changed Only Once: Garments will only be exchanged one time due to the intimate nature of garments. It is your responsibility to make sure your second measurement is accurate as this will be a final sale.

*We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if you fail on any of these conditions the date you received the order. There will be no exchanges after 15 days. Inspect all your products upon arrival.

Shipping We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
